Registration: $100 + $20 late fee (after 3/10)

Volunteer Deposit: $50 (1 fee per family; refunded after completion of 1 volunteer hour)

What if My Division has a Waitlist?
We run a wait list when registration numbers approach our limit for any given division. Registering for the waitlist holds your place in line. If the waitlist starts early and grows quickly, we may look to adjust the number of teams in a division.
Full payment is required to be on the waitlist. If you are on the wait list and we don't assign you to a team by Week 3, you can get a full refund. You can also ask for a full refund anytime while you are on the waitlist. We usually, but not always, can place all players on the wait list by the end of Week 2 of any given season. We close registration and the wait list complete if there's no chance of being placed.
If a division has a need for coaches, players with a parent volunteering to coach will be given priority on the waiting list.

Subject to change. Each team is scheduled for 1 game per weekend (Friday or Saturday).
Under-4: Saturdays, 8:30, 9:45, 11 am
Under-5: Saturdays, 8:30, 9:45 or 11 am
Under-6: Fridays between 6 & 7:30 pm OR Saturdays between 8:30 am & 12 pm
Under-7/Under-7G: Fridays at 6:15 pm OR Saturdays between 8:30 am & 12 pm
Under-9/Under-9G: Fridays between 6:15 pm OR Saturdays between 8:30 am & 12 pm
Under-11/Under-11G: Fridays between 6 & 9 pm OR Saturdays between 8:30 am & 12 pm
Under-14: Fridays between 6 & 9 pm
Under-15G: Fridays between 6 & 9 pm
Under-19: Friday evenings
Challenger: Saturday mornings at 11 am

* Each season includes 10 scheduled games. If games cannot be played due to weather, Pinelanders will make best efforts to schedule make-up dates but poor weather, especially late in the season, may result in games being canceled.

All-Girl (G) Divisions: Any division labeled with "G" is girls only. All other divisions are Co-ed. When both a Girls and Co-ed division exists in an age grouping, the Co-ed division is typically almost all boys. Under-5 and Under-4 are typically half boys and half girls depending on registrations each season.
Ages/Age Cutoffs: Pinelanders players are grouped by age and the season age moves up six months each season. "U" means "Under" so that all players in U4, for example, are 2 and 3 years old as of the Season Age Date. All players in U5 are 4 years old as of the Season Age Date.
For example, a player who turns 7 on April 1, would be in the Under-9 age group. If a player turns 7 on April 2, they would be 6 on April 1 and therefore in the Under-7 age group.
